Looking for the best places to eat at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World? Don’t worry, we have you covered! We’ve come up with a complete rankings of the Best Restaurants at Disney Springs from best to worst.

Since additions in the last few years, Disney Springs is now home to some of the top restaurants in Disney World and quite frankly it has become a food Mecca of sorts. In fact, on every vacation, we end up coming here about half the nights for dinner since there are so many good places to choose from.

When you add up all the table service restaurants, quick service locations and snack stands throughout Disney Springs, there are over 60+ places to grab something to eat. That’s a lot of choices and it can be really confusing.

As is the case with many of the park restaurants, some of them are great, some ok and some you are better off just skipping altogether.

We’ll make it easy for you and in this post, we’re going to share with your the best and worst Disney Springs restaurants and which food and drinks to order when you visit.

We’ve visited Disney Springs hundreds of times so we’ve had plenty of time to eat at all the restaurants, both table service and quick service, plus have drinks in the bars and lounges. We’ve done all the heavy lifting for you so you can just chow down!

Just follow our easy tips and prioritize the restaurants at the top of our list and you’ll have a great time!

Disney Springs Restaurants Overview

Even though it used to be more about shopping, nowadays there may be no better location in Disney World to eat than Disney Springs. It doesn’t matter if you are in the Town Center, Marketplace, The Landing, or the West Side, the next best place is close by.

There are also many different types of cuisines represented at the restaurants including Mexican, Southern, Asian, Spanish, Italian, American, Irish, BBQ, Cajun. You name it and it’s here.

One surprising fact is that the majority of restaurants at Disney Springs are not even owned by Disney. Most of them are owned by third-party groups that manage and run the restaurants.

If we were comparing Disney Springs against restaurants at the other 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, the only one that it compares to is EPCOT, but it’s really a toss-up between the two.

Our Ranking Factors

We narrowed down our rankings to the Top 41 restaurants at Disney Springs. We’ve listed them in order from worst to best, so the lower the number, the more we like it.

Even though it was fun to come up with our rankings of the best Disney Springs restaurants, it was also really hard to narrow them down into an actual list. We already went through this exercise for all the parks and it’s always difficult to get them in the right order.

Putting one restaurant in the #3 position vs. #4 really doesn’t change much. Everything in the Top 10 is exceptional, and really the entire Top 30 are worth eating at almost anytime. Only the last handful of restaurants would we purposefully avoid so there aren’t too many bad ones to worry about.

The way we chose the restaurants we really simple. No complicated formulas or equations, just eating at them all and then comparing our notes for all the dishes at each one. We asked ourselves which restaurants do we always find ourselves going back to and that was a good place to start.

Our rankings are for table service restaurants and quick service combined so we give you the best from each class of dining experience. We also included some lounges/bars and dessert-only types. After all, these are the places to eat you must try.

A few restaurants at Disney Springs you would classify as “fine dining” and are great for celebrating a special occasion or a night out on the town. You will find that most of the restaurants here however are suitable for families and kids of any age are welcome.

Best Restaurants at Disney Springs

We’ve included the names of the restaurants, their locations, plus some basic info about each place such as the approximate price, type of food, and what the best food items are on each menu. This should give you a good idea of what to expect.

It’s impossible to visit all of these restaurants in one trip, and it will likely take you years to get around to all the best ones. Prioritize which ones look best to you based on the cuisine and type of dining experience you are looking for. Then on the next vacation, you can try some others.

We’ve included the best and the worst restaurants but honestly, we like just about all of them except for the last few. Start at the top and work your way down.

Without further ado, here are the Top 41 best restaurants at Disney Springs:

41. Planet Hollywood

• Cost: $$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Burgers, Sandwiches, Pasta, Salads)

Unfortunately, there is little positive to say about Planet Hollywood and it easily ranks as the worst restaurant at Disney Springs. The idea behind the restaurant is a good one and it recently went through an upgrade a few years ago from the old 1990s version with a menu overhaul by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. It’s too bad it didn’t help any.

The best part about the restaurant is the memorabilia from movies such as James Bond, Rocky, and Star Wars. It’s too bad that is the only interesting part. The food is a big disappointment. We find the food to be oversized, overpriced, and lacking flavor. It’s also way too loud and chaotic inside, making it difficult to even have a conversation with the person next to you.

This is an example of a restaurant just using the name of a celebrity chef to get customers but with no real substance. With so many better options in Disney Springs, there is no reasonable excuse to go to Planet Hollywood. Skip it.

What to Get: If you find yourself knocked out and for some reason, you wake up in Planet Hollywood, some of their enormous milkshakes are worth the splurge. Just be aware they are very sweet and can be ordered as a dessert to share with someone.

40. Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas

• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Latin, American (Burgers, Sandwiches, Tacos)

Paradiso is one of the longest-running restaurants at Disney Springs and has been open since 2009. The menu is a mix of dishes from North, South, and Central America and the Caribbean. Some menu choices include nachos, quesadillas, South American crazy corn, Baja fish tacos, and the Argentinian skirt steak.

The nice thing about Paradiso 37 is the menu isn’t as expensive as other nearby restaurants and the portion sizes are abundant. The decor features a travel flare with vintage stamps, posters, etc from international tourist locations. Most nights there is live music which adds some life to the scene.

Even though we ranked Paradiso 37 in the #40 spot, it isn’t necessarily a “bad” restaurant, it just doesn’t do enough to really stand out above the dozens of other excellent places in Disney Springs. If the cuisine intrigues you give it a try, but don’t go in with super high expectations.

What to Get:  The Argentinian Skirt Steak is one of our favorite entrees and is served with caramelized onions and a zesty chimichurri sauce. For dessert, try the Pacific Upside Down Cake with vanilla ice cream melting on top of it. It’s also a good place for tequila fans with over 50 selections available.

Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas Menu

39. Pepe by José Andrés

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Spanish (Sandwiches)

This is the counter service restaurant run by Chef José Andrés and located right inside his featured table service restaurant, Jaleo. When we heard that this location was opening and it serves ambitious gourmet sandwiches, we were very intrigued. However, we ended up leaving a bit disappointed instead.

The actual food itself here is really good. We like all of the sandwiches, some of which are among the best counter service entrees in Disney Springs. The problem is the high prices and small portion sizes. In fact, the best item on the menu costs $18, but if you want a side it will push the total cost to $25. At that price point, you may as well eat at a table service restaurant where you will get filled up.

Overall, Pepe by José Andrés is worth a try, but if you have a big appetite you are going to have to spend more than you would at other restaurants.

What to Get: The best thing on the menu is by far the Pepito Ternera sandwich with flat iron steak, caramelized onions, cheese, mayo, roasted green peppers on their famous “Pan de Cristal” bread. The meat is succulent and all the flavors here just work.

José Andrés Menu

38. Terralina Crafted Italian

• Cost: $$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Italian (Pizza, Pasta)

Terralina is an Italian restaurant located right next to Paddlefish and one of the newer restaurants at Disney Springs, opening in Disney Springs in 2018. Let’s face it, great Italian food is not easy to find in the Orlando area, and Terralina is certainly not the exception.

Since taking over for the old Portabella Country Italian Trattoria, Terralina underwent a multi-million dollar renovation and really updated the interior. The atmosphere is rustic and reminiscent of a lakefront restaurant in Italy and it has great views of Lake Buena Vista.

The menu features homemade Italian cuisine with options such as wood-fired pizzas, soups and salads, eggplant parmesan, steaks, and plenty of pasta dishes. Unfortunately, the food is disappointing, especially when it is coming from a James Beard Award-winning chef. For much better Italian food, skip Terralina and go to Enzo’s Hideaway instead.

What to Get: The Mozzarella Stuffed Rice Balls are delicious and oh so tender. Most of the Pasta dishes are decent, one of our favorites being the Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini and Pork Gnocchi.

37. The Daily Poutine

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Canadian, American (Poutine)

If you are in the mood for French fries smothered in gravy and all sorts of other yummy toppings, then The Daily Poutine is just the place to go. We have a love affair with poutine and here the flavors rotate, so it’s always nice to come and try something new. Some flavors in the past have included New Delhi Poutine, Italian Poutine, Korean Barbecue, or the traditional Canadian poutine.

The poutine themselves are good, not great. We had higher expectations the first time we went, and they are good, but not on the same level as what you find in Canada. The portion sizes are also not huge for the price, so if you are looking for a lunch you will probably need something else with the poutine to fill you up.

What to Get: You can’t go wrong with the classic Canadian Poutine with the beef poutine gravy and cheddar curds on top. If you are feeling adventurous, try the exotic Korean Barbecue poutine with Asian barbecued pulled pork, kimchi, and sriracha aïoli

36. Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Italian (Pizza)

You may already be familiar with Blaze Fast-Fired Pizza since it is a chain found in other parts of the country. The concept is unique as personal-sized, custom pizzas are assembled in front of you and cooked in only 3 minutes.

Each pizza is 11″ and a decent sized for most appetites. There are an almost unlimited amount of ingredients, all of which are fresh and all-natural. Blaze Fast-Fired Pizza is a great option if you have food allergies or are on a special diet since they can make the pizzas to any request you could have. If you aren’t in the mood for pizza there are also some salad options and desserts you can try.

Overall, Blaze Fast-Fired Pizza is a solid counter service restaurant at Disney Springs, but not the best. If you are in the mood for pizza, we prefer Pizza Ponte much more, though Blaze is worth a try if you are nearby.

What to Get: Pizza of course. Each pizza can be customized to your heart’s desire so go ahead and load it up with all the toppings you want. To drink, try the famous Blood Orange Lemonade, and a great combo of tart and sweet together.

35. The Smokehouse at House of Blues

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American, BBQ (Pulled Pork, Brisket, Hot Dogs) 

This is our lowest-ranked quick service restaurant on the list, but it’s actually not a bad choice if you are in the mood for BBQ. The Smokehouse features classic American BBQ such as pulled pork, BBQ brisket, and smoked turkey legs. The food quality is pretty good, just not on the same level as some of our favorite BBQ joints at Disney World.

The seating is outdoors, so don’t come here on a hot afternoon or you will boil in the heat. If you come on a mild evening you will enjoy the hanging lights and live music. Overall, The Smokehouse is a solid choice if you are looking for a chill location with decent food.

What to Get: Our favorite item on the menu is the BBQ Brisket Sandwich. The brisket is very tender and flavorful and doesn’t even need sauce if you don’t want it. The Smoked Turkey Leg is also a good choice and similar to what you will find in the parks.

34. Sprinkles Cupcakes 

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurants
• Cuisine: Dessert (Cupcakes, Cookies, Ice Cream)

If you are looking for a sugar-rush, Sprinkles Cupcakes is the place to be. The wildly popular cupcake chain opened at Disney Springs back in 2016 and is one of the best places for dessert at Disney Springs.

These cupcakes are not cheap, but they are high quality, decadent, and worth the splurge. Some flavors include salty caramel, red velvet, carrot, dark chocolate, and coconut, though they are always coming up with seasonal offerings.

The nice part is you don’t have to eat dessert here, just place your order and take them home in a box and snack on them there. If you aren’t in the mood for cupcakes then they also have great cookies and ice cream options to choose from.

Don’t forget to get a photo in front of the famous Cupcake ATM for Instagram! That’s right, if you don’t want to go inside you can get your cupcakes from the machine outside. It’s not always running but hopefully it will be when you visit!

What to Get: Our favorite flavors of cupcakes are the Chocolate Marshmallow and Salty Caramel Cupcakes. They are both very rich and perfect for any cupcake lover!

33. Disney Food Trucks

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurants
• Cuisine: American (Hot Dogs, Mac & Cheese)

The Disney Food Trucks are a quick and easy place to eat on the West Side of Disney Springs and they offer a variety of American favorites. They are parked together along with some other food trucks, giving you a few options to choose from. Right now there are only two food trucks and we expect this to change soon hopefully!

In the past they’ve run a Mac and Cheese Food Truck and a Hot Dog food truck, and they’ve both been excellent! Besides 4 Rivers Cantina, the only other one there right now is Cilantro Urban Eatery. This food truck will take you on a culinary expedition exploring Latin America with a number of tasty options!

You can’t go wrong at the food trucks and they should go on your must-eat list the next time you are at the West Side.

What to Get: Currently at Cilantro Urban Eatery, we’d recommend you try the Sandwich Cubano, the Arepas, and the signature dish – Puerto-rrito!

Disney Food Trucks Menu

32. Rainforest Cafe

• Cost: $$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Burgers, Sandwiches, Pasta, Seafood, Salads)

When I was a kid back in the 90s, the Rainforest Cafe was one of the coolest places to eat in Walt Disney World. This is another chain restaurant and owned by the same group as T-Rex, also in Disney Springs.

The biggest draw to the Rainforest Cafe is the atmosphere. As you would imagine it’s themed to a jungle and has exotic fish tanks, animatronic animals, and simulates thunderstorms. The coolest part is the volcano eruption that happens every 30 minutes.

The food is American classics like burgers, pizza, chicken tenders, salads, and chicken tenders. It’s standard level but nothing worth writing home about. If you have kids, they will love the Rainforest Cafe and it’s worth going, just don’t expect to get one of the best meals of your life here.

What to Get: The Coconut Shrimp give you that exotic taste you’d expect coming here. We also like any of the Burgers, many of which have interesting twists to them. For dessert, you can’t leave without trying the Sparkling Volcano, a giant rich chocolate brownie cake topped with warm vanilla ice cream, caramel, and chocolate sauces.

Rainforest Cafe Menu

31. 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant (Food Truck)
• Cuisine: Mexican (Tacos, Quesadillas, Bowls)

The 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is located on the West Side of Disney Springs and can be found parked next to the other food trucks. This is our favorite of the group and it serves some really good Mexican street food including tacos, quesadillas, and burrito bowls.

All the ingredients are fresh and of higher quality than what you would get at most quick service restaurants. The portions are also large and make for one of the more affordable meals at Disney Springs. If you are in the mood for Mexican, the 4 Rivers Cantina is a great option and comes highly recommended.

What to Get: Our favorite entree here is the massive Taco Cone with your choice of meat filling, lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso, jalapeños, and a lime wedge. The Mulita is another excellent choice and comes as a crispy tortilla stack with melted Oaxaca cheese, your choice of filling, queso fresco, and onion-cilantro salsa.

4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck Menu

30. T-REX

• Cost: $$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Burgers, Sandwiches, Steaks, Pasta, Salads)

T-Rex is the sister restaurant to the Rainforest Cafe and it ranks just slightly higher on our list. This is a very similar dining experience but instead of the jungle, you can travel back to the Cretaceous period and enjoy your meal in an ice cave surrounded by giant animatronic dinosaurs.

As you would imagine, this is one of the best restaurants at Disney Springs for families and kids absolutely love the unique and fun atmosphere. The menu is made up of classic American food which is pretty decent and better than what you might imagine. Though the options are similar to the Rainforest Cafe, such as burgers, sandwiches, and pasta, we find the quality is usually a bit more consistent at T-Rex.

The menu won’t win any awards, but if your kids are dinosaur fans, then the unique atmosphere makes eating at T-Rex a must.

What to Get: The Supersaurus Sampler is a nice way to start the meal and includes cheesy skillet meatballs, Nashville hot boneless wings, chili con queso, Caprese flatbread, and chicken T-Rexadillas. If you really have an appetite then go for the Megasaurus Burger, easily the biggest and tastiest sandwich on the menu.

The most unique dessert is the Chocolate Extinction, a huge chocolate fudge cake covered in fudge and caramel sauces, whipped cream, and Butterfinger crumbs. It also can easily be spilt by 3-4 people making it a great value.

T-REX Menu

29. Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant (Bakery)
• Cuisine: American (Donuts, Coffee)

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew is one of the newest quick service options at Disney Springs, but already moving up the rankings as one of the options. Besides Starbucks, Disney Springs has never really had many tempting breakfast locations, that is until Everglazed opened up.

As you would imagine, the donuts here are the focus and they are outstanding. They are more expensive than the typical donut you find back home, but the enormous size and extraordinary flavor make them worth the money. They serve classic flavors like glazed, blueberry cake, and vanilla icing with sprinkles, as well as more elaborate and special flavors like Oreo Surprise, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Maple Double Bacon.

Don’t forget to pair your donut with one of the specialty coffee drinks that you are sure to post to Instagram. The other options are also really good here like the chicken sandwiches and loaded fries. Overall, Everglazed is one of our favorites and the perfect stop for a quick breakfast on your next visit.

What to Get: All of the donuts are superb, but our two favorites are the Peanut Butter Explosion and the Nutella Boston Cream. Each of them is huge and packed with filling and flavor. Even better, if you get the Reese’s Nitro coffee, it comes with a Peanut Butter Explosion donut on top, the best of both worlds!

28. Morimoto Asia Street Food

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Asian (Ribs, Egg Rolls, Ramen)

Morimoto Asia is one of the best restaurants at Disney Springs and Morimoto Asia Street Food is the quick service version. Here you can walk up and order some of your favorites from the inside menu like ramen, egg rolls, sushi, and ribs.

The food quality is still excellent and we only wish they would expand the menu to add more of our favorites. Overall, this is a great option if you are looking for a quick bite and something less expensive than its table service counterpart.

What to Get: Without a doubt go for the famous Morimoto Baby Ribs. These are sweet ribs and the meat is succulent and falls off the bone, and much cheaper than getting them inside the restaurant.

27. Cookes of Dublin

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Irish (Fish & Chips, Burgers)

Cookes of Dublin is the quick service arm of the Irish restaurant Raglan Road and is located right next door. They serve up typical pub food such as sandwiches, burgers, and of course their famous fish and chips.

The atmosphere is pretty straightforward and isn’t overly themed. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating and is a good place to people-watch. This is one of the top counter service restaurants at Disney Springs and is a nice alternative if you can’t get a reservation at Raglan Road.

What to Get: The Burgers are fantastic, especially the Jameson BBQ Burger made with Jameson Whiskey and topped with an onion ring. Of course, the special here is the Fish & Chips, and while it’s not our favorite on property (that’s you Yorkshire County Fish Shop), it’s still very tasty! If you want to be blown away get a side order of chips (really french fries) and get the Dubliner Cheese and Bacon dip. It’ll change your life! It’s incredible!

26. House of Blues

• Cost: $$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American, Cajun (Jambalaya, Ribs, Burgers, Salads) 

If you are looking for one of the most entertaining and fun restaurants at Disney Springs, make sure to visit the House of Blues. There is a ton of seating here outdoors and at the bar and many people come for the incredible live music.

This world-renowned music venue is also a table service restaurant and serves up Cajun and southern cuisine. The menu includes jambalaya, BBQ nachos, fried chicken, ribs, salads, and blackened salmon. The menu is also very reasonable with many entrees available for around $20.

On weekends, don’t forget the Brunch here which also has live music, making for an exceptional dining experience.

The food is good, not great, but when combined with the entertainment factor it makes the House of Blues one of the coolest restaurants around.

What to Get: Our favorite entree at the House of Blues is the Voodoo Shrimp which are topped with an Abita amber beer reduction sauce served over jalapeño-cheese cornbread. We also really enjoy the Jambalaya, a cajun classic you have to try. For dessert, you HAVE to try the Bread Pudding which has a rich Bourbon Butter and toffee sauce

25. B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.

• Cost: $
• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Hot Dogs, Sausages)

B.B. Wolf’s is a quick service restaurant located on the bridge that connects the Marketplace, the Landing, and the Town Center all together. That means is the perfect spot for a snack along the way.

The specialty at B.B. Wolf’s are the hot dogs and sausages with all sorts of interesting and unique toppings. Some choices include the Hawaiian Island Dog, New York Pastrami Rueben Foot Long, and the Three Little Pigs.

The quality of the hot dogs themselves is much higher than at most counter service restaurants at Disney World. The flavor, crisp, and tenderness of them are all spot-on. They are also very generous with the toppings and even though they are not cheap, we feel they are a good value with the size and quality taken into consideration.

What to Get: Our number one recommendation is The Three Little Pigs which gives you 3 mini versions of the Pastrami Reuben Dog, Hawaiian Island Dog, and Texas Chili-Cheese Dog served with Chips. This is a great idea for your first time since you can see which you like the best. We also love the Italian Sausage with peppers, onions, and marinara sauce.

24. Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante

Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante isn’t the best Italian restaurant at Disney Springs, but it’s close. This table service location opened back in 2018 but it has become a very solid option among the droves of Italian joints at Disney World.

The theme and atmosphere is interesting and imitates an airport terminal from the golden age of travel that eventually closed down. The space is very open with lots of natural daylight and is more family-friendly than its neighbor Enzo’s Hideaway. The wait staff is Italian, giving the restaurant an authentic feel.

The menu features all the Italian classics you would expect such as ravioli, lasagna Bolognese, chicken parmesan, and gelato. Overall, the food at Maria & Enzo’s is very good with dishes ranging from excellent to ok. We wish the price was lower but the portions are huge which makes up for it somewhat.

What to Get: The Spaghetti alla Chitarra is excellent. The meatballs are giant and not dried out inside. The Chicken Parmesan is another favorite entree where you get a good bang for your buck. The tiramisu is my sister’s favorite and she gets it every time!

Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante Menu

23. Pizza Ponte

Located right next door to Maria and Enzo’s is a counter service restaurant, Pizza Ponte. This is the perfect place to go for a quick meal and grab a slice of pizza on the go.

The pizza here is Sicilian-style and sold by the slice. This is the first time I’ve seen $7-8 slices of pizza. Back in Italy, you can get a whole personal pizza for less than that. The slices however are huge and roughly twice as big as a normal slice and many guests will only need one.

The pizza is very flavorful, with authentic toppings like what we get back home. Pizza Ponte is right up there with the best pizza in Disney World. They also serve sandwiches and desserts if you aren’t in the mood for pizza.

What to Get: Our go-to is the classic Pepperoni slice which never disappoints. If you are looking for something more flavorful, get the San Gennaro which has tomato sauce, mozzarella, fontina, sweet Italian sausage, onions, hot cherry peppers.

22. STK Orlando

• Cuisine: American (Steakhouse)

STK is an ultra-modern take on a steakhouse and it leaves us with mixed feelings. On the one hand, we really like the innovative menu that is a unique twist on traditional steakhouse food.

The menu has salads, a raw bar, and entrees like lobster linguine, salmon, and beef short ribs. But as it should be, STK is judged on its steak and the meat here is excellent. We feel like it’s overpriced when compared with our other favorite steakhouses like Yachtsman, Shula’s, and Le Cellier, but the quality is high.

While the food is good, we really don’t like the atmosphere. The music is obnoxiously loud and at times it’s almost impossible to even have a conversation. The best way to describe it is it’s like eating in a nightclub, which is not what we want to do on vacation with our family.

If you are younger and don’t have kids we suggest you give STK a try, just know it’s not a cozy atmosphere and not the best place to bring kids.

What to Get: Get any of the steaks, though we are partial to the Cowgirl Ribeye, one of the most flavorful steaks on the menu. Throw in a side of Bacon Mac & Cheese and Parmesan Truffle Fries and you have one heck of a meal.

STK Orlando Menu

21. Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop

Let’s face it, sometimes you just want to throw caution to the wind and have a huge ice cream sundae. When that happens, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop is just the place to do it.

This quick service restaurant is strictly for dessert and serves ice cream cones, sundaes, and milkshakes to your heart’s content. It is also famous for its chocolate and you can get specialty chocolate drinks here, particularly nice when the weather gets cooler in the winter.

We’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and no trip to Disney Springs would be complete without stopping here after dinner for an amazing dessert!

What to Get: All of the ice cream here is great and we especially like the specialty sundaes with the Ocean Beach Sea Salt Caramel Sundae and The Gold Rush Caramel Almond Sundae being two of our favorites.

20. Salt & Straw

What’s that? Another ice cream place on the list? Florida is hot and there is nothing that can cool you down like a nice ice cream in the middle of the day, or after lunch, or dinner. Basically anytime.

It was really difficult to choose between Ghirardelli and the newcomer Salt & Straw. On one hand, Ghirardelli is a Disney Springs institution and we’ve been going for years. But the ice cream at Salt & Straw is on a whole other level!

The flavors here are so innovative and different from the normal vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate chip, etc that you find in most places around Disney World. Some of the mothwatering flavors include Honey Lavendar, The Salty Donut Guava + Cheese, and Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper.

Sure, some of the flavors are a bit adventurous, but you are handsomely rewarded with rich flavors you won’t find anywhere else. The waffle cones are amazing here too and make for a huge cone that’s shareable for 2-3 people.

Our feeling is that if you are looking for a sundae, Ghirardelli is the place to go, but if you just want the best quality ice cream, Salt & Straw is the place to be!

What to Get: Any of the ice cream flavors are fantastic, but our favorite is the Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons which is dark house carmel ribboned into ice cream and generously salted with Bitterman’s fleur de del from Guatemala. Make sure to try the Seasonal Flavors as they rotate every month and they are equally amazing!

19. Splitsville Luxury Lanes

• Cuisine: American (Burgers, Sushi, Sandwiches, Pizza)

Splitsville Luxury Lanes is a different dining experience than all the other Disney Springs restaurants in that it offers great food but also entertainment and physical activity all together in one place.

The draw here is that it’s a table service restaurant but also a bowling alley at the same time which makes it a great choice for families and one of the most fun dining locations in Disney World. It also makes for a fun date night or a good place to go with a big group.

The menu is vast with a range of burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, sushi, pizza, and seafood. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and any other special diets. The quality is surprisingly good and the prices are much more reasonable than the majority of Disney Springs restaurants.

What to Get: Believe it or not, Splitsville is one of the best places in Walt Disney World for Sushi. There are other higher-priced places like California Grill and Morimoto but Splitsville is right up there in quality at a much better price

18. City Works Eatery & Pour House

• Cuisine: American (Burgers, Sandwiches, Beer, Salads)

This table service restaurant is a great spot to go for a beer and to watch a game with friends. It also is perhaps the best place to go in Walt Disney World for beer with over 80 craft beers on tap.

We like the overall atmosphere which is open, with lots of windows and plenty of large booths to relax in. There are also 17 large-screen TVs to watch the game so the view is good from almost anywhere.

The food is hit or miss and it really depends on what you order. The menu includes a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and even tacos and BBQ, most at a reasonable price.

While it’s not a perfect restaurant, City Works is a great option for a casual meal and for sports fans. In fact, it’s right up there at the top of the best places to watch the super bowl in Disney World.

What to Get: Some of our favorites at City Works include the Duck Nachos, Smoked BBQ Ribs, and the Kung Pao Cauliflower. The Peanut Butter Snickers Pie is one of our favorite desserts at Disney World and an absolute must-try!

17. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill

Californian Chef Wolfgang Puck has had a presence in Disney Springs for decades, and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is his latest creation. It’s a table service restaurant that offers a Californian and Mediterranean-inspired twist on many classic comfort food recipes.

Start with appetizers such as fried calamari or tuna tartare, then move on to the main course with choices from pizzas, pasta, seafood, or something from the grill.

The atmosphere is also interesting. The space has tall ceilings and is inspired by old farmhouses. We really enjoy this new Wolfgang Puck location and even though the decor and menu are classic, it has a more modern feel to it than previous restaurants. The cuisine is consistently good and we haven’t had a bad experience yet.

What to Get: Wolfgang Puck is famous for his individual pizza creations and we aren’t disappointed here either. Try the BBQ Chicken, Wild Mushroom, or Basil Pesto pizza, each offering its own unique twist.

16. Amorette’s Patisserie

If you are in the mood for dessert, there are few places better in Disney Springs than Amorette’s Patisserie. In fact, this place is so good it gives all the others a run for their money for the title of the best bakery in Walt Disney World.

Amorette’s is especially known for its extremely elaborate specialty cakes they make in-house. There are an infinite number of flavors and combinations and they often come up with limited edition cakes for seasonal or special events.

The selection doesn’t stop there however, there are dozens of other delectable treats such as pastries, cookies, brownies, and French macarons, each one better than the other.

These are high-end desserts, not where you want to go if you are looking for a bargain. However, you will find some of the most elaborate sweets that are as breathtaking to look at as they are delicious to eat.

What to Get: We are huge fans of the 49th and Broadway N.Y. Cheesecake with lemon curd, blueberries, and chantilly. It’s our go-to pastry here. One of the most unique creations is the Disney Character Cakes shaped and designed after Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, and more.

15. Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant

• Cuisine: Irish (Fish & Chips, Burgers, Shepard’s Pie)

If you are looking for a good time, you need to come to Raglan Road. This is one of the best all-around spots to eat and perfect for a large group. This authentic Irish dining experience even has music and dancing to keep you busy while waiting for the food.

The menu is also great and features classic pub grub you would expect such as fish & chips, bangers, and mash, burgers, and Shepherd’s pie. All of them are delicious and served in big portions so it’s a good value for your money.

Raglan Road is one of the best table service restaurants in Disney Springs for its combination of great food and entertainment and an electric atmosphere. The restaurant is like you lifted it straight up out of the Emerald Isle and dropped it in the middle of Disney Springs. It’s just plain fun, and we highly recommend putting it on the list.

What to Get: Can you really come to an Irish restaurant and not order the Fish & Chips? It’s beer-battered and golden-fried to perfection and mouthwatering on the inside. We also love the Bangers + Mash which is made from Cheshire heritage pork Irish bangers and includes mashed potatoes and a savory onion gravy.

14. Chicken Guy!

From the moment it opened its doors, Chicken Guy! has become a fan favorite and one of the best quick service restaurants in Disney Springs. Here is another restaurant that uses Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri to attract attention, only this one is actually worth visiting.

The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a fast-food chicken joint with bold colors and oversized pictures of Fieri everywhere. Despite the decor, we really love this place.

The menu includes one-of-a-kind all-natural chicken tenders (crispy fried or grilled all-natural), sandwiches, and salad bowls. Each of these can be fully customized to your liking or dietary needs. One of the biggest draws are the more than 20 sauces for dipping. Every time we go we grab 3-4 new ones and just pour it over everything, it’s quite addicting, to say the least.

If you are looking for a quick meal that’s inexpensive and tastes great, head on down to Flavortown and give Chicken Guy! a try!

What to Get: Our favorite thing at Chicken Guy! are the Chicken Tenders. I know it sounds crazy, but they are miles ahead of your normal fast-food chicken tenders and anything similar you will find in the theme parks. The meat is always juicy inside and that breading on the outside is done perfectly crispy. If you want a sandwich, we recommend the Big Bite B.L.A.T., which is a super-charged version of a BLT but with chicken tenders and avocado. My mouth is watering already!

13. Gideon’s Bakehouse

This is one of the newest places to eat at Disney Springs, but it has already become one of our favorites. This is actually the second location of the famous Orlando-based bakehouse and home to some seriously awesome cookies.

These cookies are carefully crafted, handmade, and weigh in at almost 1/2 pound each. That’s not a typo, 1/2 pound cookies people! These things take almost 24 hours to prepare and are perfection in every bite.

Gideon’s has a core group of cookie flavors and then specialty flavors that are introduced each month, building great anticipation for the next release. In fact, the lines are sometimes hours long and the best flavors sell out so arrive early to book your place in line to make sure you get in.

If you aren’t a huge cookie fan, that’s ok, they also have massive slices of double frosted cake, as well as other treats which are equally as delicious and rotate daily.

What to Get: All of the baked goods are amazing here, but let’s face it, you came for the Cookies! There is no beating around the bush, these are quite possibly the best cookies we’ve ever had in our lives and we have a serious addiction problem now. Even if you aren’t a huge cookie person, you will be blown away by Gideon’s and they are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before!

12. Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

• Cuisine: American (Drinks, Snacks)

Jock Lindsey’s is not a typical restaurant to order food but actually a lounge where you go for small plates and one of the best places at Disney Springs for drinks.

The interesting atmosphere is the first thing you will notice here. You may recall the name Jock Lindsey from the Indiana Jones films as he was Indy’s high-flying pilot friend. Jock eventually settled down in Disney Springs and his home base soon became a favorite spot for members of The Secret Society of Explorers and Adventurers.

Make sure to take plenty of time to wander around and see how many Easter eggs you can find from the Indiana Jones movies.

There is a greater number of small plates here than other lounges around property including plenty of warm pretzels with dipping sauces, chicken wings, tacos, empanadas, sliders, and flatbreads to choose from. The drinks are great, with generous amounts of alcohol and all with an adventurous twist.

If you are an Indiana Jones fan, or if you miss the vibe from the old Adventurer’s Club in Pleasure Island, Jock Lindsey’s is just the place to go.

What to Get: The Air Pirate’s Cargo Loaded Pretzel which comes topped with all sorts of delicious charcuterie, cheeses, and pickles. If you are looking for a drink out of the jungle, try the Cool-headed Monkey which never lets us down.

11. The Edison

• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Burgers, Sandwiches, Ribs)

This industrial gothic-style hotspot is a clever tribute to the 1920s and one of our favorite places to eat. The entire restaurant is themed to an old repurposed electric company with huge 35-foot ceilings and themed areas like The Patent Office, The Radio Room, or the Tesla Lounge.

The menu is made up of classic American dishes all with a take on the steam-punk motif. Options include loaded electri-fries, salads, ribs, seafood, and some hearty burgers. The food here isn’t much different than similar restaurants in Disney Springs, but we feel a lot of the takes on these dishes are more ambitious and executed better than the majority.

The Edison isn’t only a place to come for great food, but it also has some of the best live entertainment at Disney Springs with a steady lineup of unique acts and special events throughout the year. Late nights are only for adults so you’ll have to leave the kids at home to see the burlesque-style dancers!

What to Get: One of the absolute best appetizers in all Walt Disney World is the DB ‘Clothesline Candied Bacon’. It’s sliced thick, covered in sweet maple and black pepper, and hung up in all its glory. Its popularity has become almost cult-like and cannot be missed. The Edison burger is another great choice and is super tender due to its signature beef blend of sirloin, short rib, and brisket.

10. Frontera Cocina

• Cost: $$-$$$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Mexican (Tacos, Enchiladas, Salads)

Frontera Cocina is a table service restaurant that offers authentic Mexican cuisine by James Beard Award-winning Chef Rick Bayless. This is nothing like your average, run-of-the-mill chain Mexican restaurant you find in the mall back home, and Bayless takes this cuisine to another level.

The atmosphere is ok, but not to the level of some Walt Disney World restaurants. That said, we love the gorgeous mural at the center of the main dining room and the fiery ceiling chandelier. You can choose to eat inside or outside on the veranda with a view of the Disney Springs water. Having an open kitchen is also nice and whets your appetite for what is to come.

The food here is incredible using all-natural and locally sourced ingredients, and there is hardly a stinker on the menu. We love everything from the queso fundido, to the bacon guacamole and chips, the tacos, the carnitas, it’s all great quality. It also has amazing desserts you don’t want to skip.

Frontera also may win the award for the best margaritas at Disney World, and with a wide variety of drink variations. If you are looking for Mexican food in Disney World, this is the place to get it.

What to Get: The house-made Guacamole is among the best we’ve ever had, super fresh and clean tasting. All the Tacos are great and served on freshly made tortillas. Our favorite entree here is the Carne Asada, which is marinated in garlic and red chilis and practically melts in your mouth!

9. Enzo’s Hideaway

• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Italian (Pasta, Meat, Seafood, Salads)

Stepping inside Enzo’s Hideaway is like stepping back in time to a prohibition-era speakeasy you always see in films. The popular table service restaurant is run by the same group as The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s, and Pizza Ponte, and also shares the same kitchen.

It’s a much more chill and low-key atmosphere than most table service restaurants, and it also serves well as a lounge bar if you just want to get some small plates and drinks such as beer, wine, cocktails, and espresso drinks.

The main menu features Roman-inspired food such as pasta, seafood, steak, eggplant parmesan, meatballs, and calamari fritti, which are all pretty true to the authentic Italian recipes.

In our opinion, of all the Italian restaurants in Disney Springs (and there are many of them), Enzo’s Hideaway is the best. With the best combo of a speakeasy vibe atmosphere and great food, it’s a no-brainer and easily toward the top of our rankings.

What to Get: The thing to get at Enzo’s is the Pasta. The menu usually has a rotating list of pasta dishes, and we’ve rarely found one we didn’t think to be exceptional, at least for standards found outside of Italy. The Pasta della Nonna is awesome and includes Rigatoni and Short Ribs. The Ravioli are another favorite and are super creamy inside with a great cheese mix of ricotta, Parmesan, and pecorino.

8. D-Luxe Burger

• Type: Quick Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Burgers)

D-Luxe Burger is a quick service restaurant located in the Town Center area of Disney Springs and they specialize in, yup you guessed it…burgers. On the menu, you’ll find signature-blend patties, hand-cut fries, and thick, creamy milkshakes! 

The food is much higher quality than most quick services in Disney World, using premium ingredients which you can really tell in the taste.

There is both inside and outside dining depending on your mood or the weather. It’s also a great location for families and kids with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of things they will eat.

This is THE place to get burgers at Disney Springs and even though it’s not cheap for a counter service restaurant, the quality of the food makes it worth it. Even though there are much fancier and more high-end restaurants in Disney Springs, when you feel like a nice old burger and fries, there is no place better.

What to Get: Obviously, you want to get one of their mouthwatering Burgers when you come here. They are juicy and flavorful and come served on a warm brioche bun. Honestly, they are better than the burgers at most table service restaurants at Walt Disney World. Try the Barbecue Burger which is topped with a fried onion ring, muenster, bacon, and barbecue sauce. Wash down your meal with one of their artisan milkshakes, our favorite which is the S’mores Gelato Shake.

D-Luxe Burger Menu

7. Paddlefish

• Cost: $$-$$$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Seafood, Burgers, Steaks)

It’s impossible to miss Paddlefish, it’s a table service restaurant located inside the huge paddle boat located next to the bridge that connects The Marketplace with The Landing. You may recognize the boat from its days as Fulton’s Crab House, or originally as the Empress Lily.

Paddlefish is by far one of the best seafood restaurants at Disney Springs, with dozens of fresh items flown in daily. Enjoy the raw bar with oysters, shrimp cocktail, and ahi poke, or other classics like the New England clam chowder, Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, catfish, and more.

If you are more of a land-lover, that’s no problem either and you can get the filet mignon, pork chops, chicken, or a variety of salads.

It’s a signature restaurant, but it never feels overly stuffy as its predecessor did. The only flaw is its high prices, but it’s pretty much in line with the other “high-end” restaurants at Disney Springs and the food quality is excellent.

What to Get: If you are a guacamole fan, the Crab Guacamole (or sometimes lobster) will blow your mind. Super creamy with huge chunks of crab and made fresh right before your eyes! We also recommend going for one of the famous Seafood Boils which have any combination of lobster, scallops, clams, mussels, chorizo, corn on the cob, and potatoes.

6. The Polite Pig

• Cuisine: American, BBQ (Ribs, Brisket, Sandwiches)

Every time we come to the Polite Pig we are blown away and we end up ranking it higher and higher on our list of best restaurants. It’s gotten to the point where we have a hard time getting BBQ anywhere else at Disney World since we always end up comparing it to here.

The atmosphere is nothing to write home about and it looks like your standard counter service restaurant. The food is where The Polite Pig shines, and oh does it ever.

The menu has all the standard BBQ classics like beef brisket, pork shoulder and smoked chicken, and baby back ribs. It also has a variety of tempting sandwiches like pulled pork, fried chicken or bbq sausage. Don’t forget the delicious and unique sides such as bbq cauliflower, roasted beets, and Mac & cheese.

The high quality of the barbecue, large portion sizes, and the reasonable prices make Polite Pig our favorite counter service at Disney Springs, and quite possibly Walt Disney World.

What to Get: All of the items from the smoker are incredible including the super tender Brisket seasoned with a coffee rub. We also can’t live without Layla’s Ribs with are covered in the polite rub and then dowsed in Layla’s sweet bbq sauce. They fall right off the bone, no work required. Believe it or not, one of the best sides are the Crispy Brussel Sprouts with are roasted in a whiskey-caramel sauce. Eating your greens never tasted like this!

5. Jaleo by José Andrés

• Cuisine: Spanish (Seafood, Paella, Tapas)

One of the most recently opened restaurants on our list, but so good that it made it all the way up to #5 already. Jaleo is a table service restaurant serving up authentic Spanish cuisine by award-winning Chef Jose Andrés.

The menu features the famous Iberian ham, as well as other Spanish meats, cheeses, and wines. There is an almost endless amount of tasty seafood, meats, salads, tapas, and paella to choose from. Every menu item is presented in a unique and exciting way that is sure to send your tastebuds will be spinning

The atmosphere is definitely new-age with a contemporary flair and decorated with a vivid color scheme, mixing wood with other decorative elements. It’s not our favorite decor in the world, but it makes for a fun setting.

We think Jaleo is one of the most underrated restaurants and is close to the top in overall food quality. This is one of the most incredible dining experiences at Disney Springs and something different from the usual restaurants.

What to Get: The Serrano and Iberian Hams are cured for 24 and 36 months each are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before and a definite must-try. The Pan de Cristal con Tomate is a great appetizer, an extremely simple dish, but one that burst with flavor and freshness. You can never go wrong with any of the Paella here. And if you are feeling adventurous, try one of the special Chef’s Tasting Menus which is like a best-hits list from the menu, letting you try a variety of things.

4. Wine Bar George

• Cuisine: American (Charcuterie, Wine, Appetizers, Steaks)

We are really getting into the best of the best here at number 4, and right now we have to give this spot to Wine Bar George. Don’t be fooled by the name. This isn’t only a place to come and get a glass of wine, but it’s also perfect for a sophisticated multi-course meal.

The menu is a lot bigger than you would think and has many shareable small plates, charcuterie, salads, and entrees like skirt steak and sea bass.

There are 140 unique wines available, each served by the glass, bottle, and ounce and selected by Master Sommelier George Miliotes. Even expert wine connoisseurs will find many varieties they have never tried before.

What is there not to like about this place? It has the best selection of world-class wines in Disney World, fantastic small plates, a knowledgeable wait staff, and all mixed with a warm and cozy atmosphere. All those factors make it one of the top restaurants in our book.

What to Get: Of course, if you come here you need to at least try a glass of Wine. Ask the waitstaff for a suggestion and they will pick out the perfect wine for you. The Saganaki on Fire is one of the most eye-popping items on the menu as this Greek cheese comes to the table literally on fire. The Burrata, Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites, and House-Made Meatballs over triple cheese polenta are all favorites. One of the best steaks you will ever try is the Skirt Steak which is served with asparagus, roasted potatoes, and covered in a chimichurri sauce.

3. Morimoto Asia

• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: Asian (Sushi, Noodles, Steaks, Seafood)

Morimoto Asia is your best option for Asian food at Disney Springs and one of our all-time favorites. Run by Chef Morimoto from Iron Chef America, this table service restaurant serves up Pan-Asian cuisine that will leave dreaming of your next visit.

The menu is a best-of-Asia list with Chinese, Japanese, Tai, and Vietnamese cuisines all represented. It might take you a while to get through the whole thing as the menu is huge! Sushi, dumplings, egg rolls, orange chicken, ramen, lo mein, bao buns, and fried rice are only some of the items you will find.

The food always feels extremely fresh and the dishes inspired, and we’ve rarely ordered something we would never get again.

The atmosphere is also nice and set in a big, open space with a modern Asian style. The main draw is the long chandeliers hanging in the main dining room. We prefer a table on the upper level overlooking the rest of the restaurant.

It’s hard to say anything bad about Morimoto Asia, and if you remotely like Asian food, then this needs to be on your list.

What to Get: Without a doubt the Morimoto Spare Ribs are legendary and one of our favorite entrees in Disney World. They have a sweet sauce, crispy texture, and fall of the bone. The house-roasted Morimoto Peking Duck is another favorite and a perfect entree to share. Morimoto Aisa is known for its Sushi, and it’s one of the best places on property for it so get a roll or two.

2. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Fried Chicken, Salads, Sandwiches)

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is certainly not the fanciest table service restaurant and doesn’t have the most elaborate and refined dishes. What it has however is simple, hearty, and delicious home-cooking comfort food that I would put up next to those fancier dishes any day of the week.

It’s located in a nice spot across the walkway from Morimoto Asia and right along the water with many waterfront tables and a great view.

The menu is pretty large and features fried green tomatoes, deviled eggs, hush puppies, fried chicken, cheddar drop biscuits, braised short ribs, and country-fried steak. All of the prices are quite reasonable for Disney Springs and the portion sizes are big.

Don’t forget that Homecomin’ serves up one of the best brunches in Walt Disney World and it’s a must-try on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Homecomin’ has become one of our go-to restaurants in Disney World, one that we visit almost every time. Ultimately, when you find yourself going back over and over again, you have to admit it’s one of the best, and there is no denying that here.

What to Get: It’s hard to find something that’s not worth getting on the menu and it’s always a hard decision to choose. The number one seller is Art’s Famous Fried Chicken. It’s buttermilk-brined for 24 hours and the best fried chicken at Walt Disney World. You can’t skip dessert here, and you will love the Hummingbird Cake, the famous pineapple-banana cake with cream cheese frosting. Don’t forget to try one of the dozens of varieties of Moonshine from the shine bar. Go for the sampler to get a taste of a few.

1. The BOATHOUSE

• Cost: $$-$$$
• Type: Table Service Restaurant
• Cuisine: American (Seafood, Steaks)

After all that, here we are at #1. As if there was any doubt, the best restaurant at Disney Springs is The Boathouse. It was not an easy list to put together, but overall this is the top dining experience to do.

Everything is great here, starting with the location and atmosphere. It’s perfectly positioned on the edge of the water at The Landing and has awesome outdoor seating in the back to sit back and watch the world go by. It makes for a relaxing place to get a drink or to enjoy your meal. Be on the lookout for the amphibious cars, and you can even pay for a ride in one.

Inside the restaurant, each room is displaying a different style of nautical life, but our favorite part is the boat table you can actually eat on in the main dining room.

The menu is huge and well-balanced with a big selection of seafood including a raw bar with fresh fish, fried seafood or grilled for the more health-conscious guests. There are plenty of options from the land including Gibson’s USDA Blue Star Heritage Angus, which are some of the highest-quality pieces of meat you will find anywhere.

The food never disappoints and we could honestly eat here every week and never get sick of it. All of these factors make it our top restaurant, and if you only have time to visit one restaurant in Disney Springs, make it The Boathouse.

What to Get: We recommend getting a platter of two or three varieties of fresh Oysters and splitting it with the table. The Lobster Roll is a personal favorite, served on a butter-toasted split-top bun with big chunks of Maine lobster. The Catch of the Day is always a good selection, and you can get it in a variety of preparations. You can’t go wrong with their sharable desserts either. Right now they have the Triple Chocolate Layer Cake and the Macadamia Turtle Pie. They’re HUGE and amazing!

Best Places for Dessert at Disney Springs

After a great meal, there is nothing better than a yummy dessert to end the night. Thankfully, there is an overabundance of fantastic places for dessert in Disney Springs. Here are our favorites according to dessert type:

Cookies (Gideon’s Bakehouse) – If there was such a thing as a perfect cookie, you would find it at Gideon’s. These things are beastly and weigh in at almost 1/2 pound each. Each flavor is more delicious than the next and the only option is to get half a dozen of them for your whole family to try.

Ice Cream (Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop) – Whether you want a simple ice cream cone or one of their mega-sundaes, Ghirardelli’s is the place to be. This is a Disney Springs tradition and room must be saved to come here before going home.

Ice Cream (Salt & Straw) – We couldn’t just choose one best ice cream place in Disney Springs, and though Ghirardelli has been around for longer, Salt & Straw is even better when it comes to pure ice cream flavor. There are so many to choose from and they change seasonally so there is always something new to try!

Pastries and Cakes (Amorette’s Patisserie) – This is where to go for specialty cakes and some of the most chic and delicate pastries in Disney World. The prices aren’t cheap, but each sweet treat is a work of art!

Cupcakes (Sprinkles Cupcakes) – I’m not even a big cupcakes person, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Sprinkles is way hyped-up, but I have to say it delivers some of the moistest and most flavorful cupcakes I have ever tried.

Donuts (Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew) – Once you have Everglazed donuts, you will never go back to anything else. They are hand-crafted and fried fresh on property. We like them for breakfast, dessert, or even getting a box of them and bringing them back to the room.

Dole Whip (Swirls on the Water) – Who said you have to be in the parks to enjoy one of Disney’s most popular snacks? Swirls on the Water offers classic Dole Whip as well as creative new flavors and creations like the Dole Whip flight with ever-changing creations. Great for a hot day when you are looking for something refreshing.

Special Diets (Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC) – Whether you are gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, or eating kosher, Erin McKenna’s has got you covered. Their cakes, muffins, and donuts are so good you won’t even know they are prepared any differently.

Best Places for Drinks

Of course, you might not always be in the mood for a whole meal and you just might want to relax with a nice cold drink instead. Here are our favorite places to get a drink in Disney Springs:

1. Wine Bar George – This is the ultimate place to go for a glass of wine with more than 140 different bottles of wine and an expert staff to explain them all to you. It also has a ton of delicious small plates to go with your drink.
2. Jock Lindsey’s – This is our favorite themed bar at Disney Springs with many hidden Easter eggs from the Indiana Jones franchise. It also has some of the best drinks and snacks like wings and loaded pretzels.
3. City Works Eatery & Pour House – If you are a beer drinker, City Works has over 80+ different beers on tap to enjoy. It’s also a great place to watch the big game with dozens of giant flatscreens.
4. Paddlefish – The drinks themselves here are solid, but we love the atmosphere up on the top deck of the boat and looking out over Disney Springs as we sip the night away.
5. The Edison – This is the best place for adults as they put on a burlesque show after 10:00 pm each night.

Best Brunch at Disney Springs

While there are some amazing brunch places across Walt Disney World, Disney Springs has the highest concentration of restaurants offering this special Sunday meal.

Here are our favorite Brunch restaurants at Disney Springs:

1. Homecomin’ – Fried chicken and donuts are great for dinner so why wouldn’t they also be good for brunch? This ‘Rise ‘n Shine Brunch also features hush puppy benedict, hallelujah biscuit, and short rib hash.
2. Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant – Few people do a real breakfast as good as the Irish, and Raglan Road will not disappoint. Try the pancakes diaspora, the smoked salmon and poached eggs, or the ‘Full Irish breakfast.’
3. The Boathouse – What do you know, the best overall restaurant also has a killer brunch too. Try the steak and eggs, avocado toast, or the jumbo lump crab cakes benedict. Make sure to enjoy the entertainment with dueling pianos and a sing-along.
4. Maria & Enzo’s – This is brunch with a Sicilian twist. The braised beef short rib ragu with smoked pancetta is amazing, so are the spaghetti alla carbonara, and a personal favorite: Nutella-stuffed French toast!
5. House of Blues – This place has a lot going for it featuring live music from the Brown Bag Brass Band and some great Southern-style favorites!

Best Disney Springs Lunch

Unlike the parks, lunch is usually the quietest time at Disney Springs and more people come in the evenings. However, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t plenty of great places to choose from if you visit mid-day.

Here are our top choices for lunch at Disney Springs:

Something Quick – One of the best bbq restaurants in Orlando is The Polite Pig and a perfect spot for something fast. The restaurant has indoor or outdoor seating depending on the weather and one amazing smoked meat after another.

Another great choice is Chicken Guy! which has the best chicken tenders in Disney World, plus a myriad of mouthwatering sandwiches you won’t be able to resist.

Sit-Down Meal – We think Morimoto Asia is a good choice for lunch because the majority of seating is indoors and perfect to get out of the heat. It boasts the best Asian menu in Disney World and you can have something light like sushi or enjoy a whole meal.

If you are looking for a good view at your lunch, Paddlefish won’t disappoint. There is plenty of seating indoors and the huge windows make for ideal viewing of the lake. Again, stick with something lighter from the raw bar perhaps or a succulent lobster roll.

Best Dinner at Disney Springs

Something Quick – Getting a burger from D-Luxe Burger is the same quality as getting one from a table service restaurant, only without adding a tip to your bill. Honestly, this is one of the best quick service restaurants in Disney World and the hand-cut fries and rich milkshakes give the burgers a run for their money.

If you are in the mood for pizza then head on over to Pizza Ponte for some of their oversized slices of Sicilian-style pies. The cannoli are great here too if you need something sweet after.

Sit-Down Meal – It’s no secret that our favorite restaurant is The Boathouse, and it makes a wonderful dinner for a special occasion. At night when the temperature has cooled down, ask to sit on the back porch for a calmer dining experience.

One of the most unique and memorable dinners is at Jaleo by José Andrés. They have several tasting menus put together by Chef Andrés and with all the incredible flavors it will be a dinner you never forget.

New Restaurants Coming to Disney Springs

Disney Springs has added literally dozens of new restaurants over the last several years, and while things have slowed down a bit, there is some NEW places coming! The first new expected restaurant that will be opening in late 2023 is EET by Manet Chauhan.

This will be a new quick-service eatery that will be taking over the former Wolfgang Puck Express location in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs. This restaurant is created by Food Network star Manet Chauhan along with entrepreneur Vivek Deora. It will indulge guests in delicious Indian-inspired flavors.

We also look forward to the opening of Summer House on the Lake, which will service California-style cuisine and have beach-vibes. This will be a waterfront restaurant that is expected to open sometime in early 2024.

As more news comes out about both of these locations and when we get specific opening dates, we will be the first to tell you!

Disney Springs Restaurant Reservations

Now that you know where to eat in Disney Springs, it’s time to make your dining reservations. Disney World ADRs (Advance Dining Reservations) allow you to reserve a table at any restaurant in Disney Springs at a specific seating time.

Especially during the busy parts of the year, restaurants are booked months in advance, making this a priority. If you have never been to Disney World you might not understand the importance of making reservations ahead of time, so trust us on this.

The most popular reservations at Disney Springs are The BOATHOUSE, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, and Wine Bar George, but if you plan ahead so should have no problem booking a table.

To make a reservation, make sure you are online and ready to book your restaurants the minute your booking window opens up. This is a crucial step in planning a trip to Disney World.

Disney World Advanced Dining Reservations can be made online using The Walt Disney World Website or the My Disney Experience app. They can also be made on the phone by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.

Restaurants at Disney Springs can also be booked using OpenTable, and sometimes they will have a table available when The Walt Disney World inventory is all taken up.

Do You Need Reservations to Eat at Disney Springs?

Reservations for restaurants at Disney Springs aren’t as hard to get as in the theme parks, but they are still important if you have a particular restaurant in mind, and if you want to eat during the most popular dinner hours 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Some of the easier restaurants to get a reservation for are Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, City Works Eatery & Pour House, and Paradiso 37.

Otherwise, you can eat at any of the quick service restaurants as they don’t require reservations and you can go when you like.

Best Snacks

Sometimes you don’t want a whole meal and are just looking for something to snack on while walking around Disney Springs. That’s ok, this is just the place you want to be! There are countless places

If you aren’t hungry enough for a full meal and are just looking for a snack, EPCOT is like heaven on Earth. This park was built for never-ending snacking, so take a stroll around World Showcase Lagoon and pick one of the dozens of locations that each have mouth-watering treats.
