Mobile Order Service Now Available in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

Mobile Ordering Now Available in Disneyland and California AdventureAfter the Disney Mobile Order Service opened in Walt Disney World last year, ordering food at the parks has been a much more pleasant experience.  Well don’t worry West-coasters, things are about to get much better.  We told you last month it was coming and now we’re happy to say that the Mobile Order Service is now available also in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure parks

It works the same way as it does in Disney World.  It essentially allows you to place an order for food at the specified Quick Service locations ahead of time, from anywhere in the Disneyland Resort, without having to wait in line for your food.  Once you download the Disneyland App, select the restaurant of your choice and look through the menu.  Make your choice of food and select your time window when you plan on picking it up.  Go to that dining location during your pickup window and select the “I’m Here” and your food will be ready in no-time.

Disneyland Park Disney Mobile Order Locations:

  • Bengal Barbecue
  • Galactic Grill at Tomorrowland Terrace
  • Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor
  • Hungry Bear Restaurant
  • Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe
  • Red Rose Taverne

California Adventure Disney Mobile Order Locations:

  • Award Wieners
  • Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream
  • Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill
  • Corn Dog Castle
  • Flo’s V8 Cafe
  • Lucky Fortune Cookery
  • Pacific Wharf Cafe
  • Paradise Garden Grill
  • Smokejumpers Grill

Here’s a video from Disney explaining the Mobile Order service in Disneyland:

The Disney Mobile Order Service is first available to Disney Annual Passholders and then after to the general public.  Disney hasn’t said when it will be available to the general public, but they’d like to get some of the bugs out of the system and have the AP members help with that.

Although there are still a few kinks to work out, I have to say overall The Walt Disney World version of Mobile Ordering works very well.  If the Disneyland Mobile Order Service is implemented well like the Walt Disney World version, then it will same a good amount of time for guests.  We’ll keep you updated with more.

Your Thoughts:

I want to know what you think about how Disney Mobile Ordering is now available in Disneyland and California Adventure.

  • Have you used the Mobile Order Service before?
  • What do you think of it?

it's all great if it was available to everyone and not just annual pass holders. It seems like at Disneyland everything is just for annual pass holders.

I hear you! Eventually it will be available to everyone else too, it's just that they are testing it out on AP members first to make sure it works and get feedback form them
