Paddlefish Mother's Day Special at Disney Springs

If you haven’t been to the newly remodeled Paddlefish restaurant yet in Disney Springs now might be the time to check it out. This Sunday Mat 14th they will have a Paddlefish Mother’s Day Special, a tantalizing plate of Lobster Ravioli with fresh Maine Lobster, lavender, sage, brown butter, tomatoes, concasse and white asparagus. The price is $48 per person for the entree.

Just look at that dish…looks fantastic. Big chunks of lobster in there…mmmmm:

To go along with this dish they have a special Textbook Chardonnay Wine pairing which will be $15 per glass.

Also any mothers who visit Paddlefish on Mother’s Day will receive a complimentary carnation flower they can take home with them.

Everything sounds delicious and I’ll be interested to see if it tastes as good as it looks!
