It’s been a while since we’ve got any news about the Coronado Springs expansion project, but thanks to Blog Mickey we got some exciting news of an Over Water Restaurant coming to Coronado Springs.
No I didn’t make a mistake, an actual restaurant built on the water in the middle of the lake. And no, you don’t have to take a boat out to get there, there are 3 bridges connecting it to the various buildings of the Coronado Springs Resort. It looks huge too!

Imagine how awesome it will be to eat out in the middle of the lake and catch the fireworks from your window seat along the water!

Expect construction to continue at the Coronado Resort with a brand new 15-story tower being added which will hold over 500 rooms! Expect the over water restaurant to start construction soon and be finished along with the Coronado expansion in 2019! No word yet on what kind of restaurant it will be, stay tuned for more info…
