Even though Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure went up seemingly overnight, I have to say that it’s been a success so far. And today Disney shared the latest addition to Pixar Pier, Jessie’s Critter Carousel is opening in April.
It’ll be hard to miss the giant toy carousel, where guests will saddle up on a whimsical snake, armadillo, turtle, bunny and more from the world of Woody’s Roundup. I know it isn’t the most exciting attraction compared with some of the other incredible things being built in the Disney Parks right now, but we love Jessie and this new attraction will fit right in giving another option for kids in California Adventure.
Also having Jessie’s Critter Carousel on the pier with all the other Pixar-themed rides, shops and dining locations works and seeing Toy Story 4 coming out this summer, it makes sense to have this in place by then.
Head over to Disney California Adventure in April for a rootin, tootin, good time!

Need more with Jessie in Orlando. Cant ever find pins..only maybe 1 or 2 shirts. Not really a "princess" persay..so she isnt talked about much..sad..

Thanks for the comment Trish! Yeah it would be nice to include her more. I thought they would have done more in Toy Story Land with her, but she's not really there. At least she's on the top of Slinky Dog Dash!
