Opening Date for Jaleo in Disney Springs Announced

The long-awaited opening date for Jaleo in Disney Springs has been announced and Chef Jose Andres’ latest creation is coming in just a few days on March 17, 2019.

Jaleo is the latest restaurant in Disney Springs’ re-birth over the last few years, and focuses on authentic Spanish cuisine including with a variety of flavors like Tapas, meats, fish and of course Spanish Wines.

A while back we got a full look at Jaleo’s menu which included amazing dishes like:

• Iberian Ham
• Queso Massimo
• Chorizo Iberico de Bellota
• Ensaladilla Rusa
• Escalivada Catalana
• Gambas Ajillo
• Polla a la Brasa
• variety of authentic Paellas

They also serve many of their dishes “family style” so there is plenty to share!

But Jaleo isn’t the only dining location Chef Andres is opening in Disney Springs. Right son the corner of Jaleo will be: Pepe by José Andrés, which is based on his popular Washington D.C. based Spanish Food Truck.

Spanish sandwiches, salads and sangria will be some of the exciting new options at this quick service location.

We can’t wait to try all the great food coming with the opening of Jaleo, our mouths are watering already! Make sure you get down to Disney Springs March 17, 2019!
