Today on the Disney Parks Twitter account we got the First Look at the Millennium Falcon attraction coming to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Let’s just say: “Chewie, we’re home!”
This image appears to be the part of the attraction queue just before stepping into the cockpit where you fly the Millennium Falcon yourself. It looks identical to the Millennium Falcon ship we see in the movies and it has me even more pumped for Galaxy’s Edge!
The Millennium Falcon attraction will simulate what it’s actually like to fly the iconic ship, and send guests on a secret smuggling mission encountering the First Order along the way. We’ve had some construction updates throughout the month tracking the progress of the attraction and things are moving nicely. We’ve also got a look at detailed blueprints for the planet of Batuu (Galaxy’s Edge), even showing some of the Millennium Falcon attraction layout.
Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge is opening both in Disneyland Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios at some point in 2019, with Disneyland opening first and Hollywood Studios following later in the year.
Your Thoughts:

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
