As we told you yesterday, the new Disney Mobile Order is now an available option on the latest version of the My Disney Experience App. This new service will initially only be in Pandora: The World of Avatar’s new restaurant, Satu’li Canteen starting May 27th, and will allow guests to order their food right from their mobile phone.
Besides the Satu’li Canteen, Disney has also announced that the new Mobile Ordering service will be available to other Animal Kingdom restaurants this Summer including: Pizzafari, Flame Tree Barbecue and Restaurantosaurus. You can be sure that after that there will be even more quick service locations throughout the Walt Disney World resort that will be taking advantage of this latest technology.
Take a look at exactly how you place an order using the Mobile Order system in this quick video:

Mobile Order, which can be found in the My Disney Experience app, offers the added convenience of being able to place orders and purchase meals on-the-go. You select what you want from the menu, then pre-pay for meals during park visits, all right from the app.
Once you arrive you select the option “I’m Here” and this will notify the kitchen to prepare your order. Once it’s ready you will be alerted though the app to go and pick up your food at the Mobile Order pickup sign. As of now the only method of payment for the Mobile Order service is by Credit Card. Also right now it doesn’t allow for guests with special dietary restrictions, in that case you need to place your order as you otherwise normally would.
It will be exciting to use the Disney Mobile Order service at Satu’li Canteen and also throughout other Walt Disney World quick service restaurants in the near future. I want to hear from you…

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
