A few days ago we found out that The Polite Pig, Disney Spring’s newest dining addition is opening Monday April 10th, and now you will know what to order before you even go with The Polite Pig Full Menu.
The husband and wife team owners James and Julie Petrakis are already experts in the restaurant businees, and more importantly with Barbecue, as this is their 4th dining endeavor. They are calling it “Modern Barbecue”, which puts a little twist on the normal version.
On the menu you’ll find such delicious option such as: St Louis Ribs, Coffee-rubbed Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Smoked Wings, and my favorite: Hop Salt Pretzel with a beer-cheese fondue!! Yes please!! There a a bunch of different sandwiches that also look amazing!
If you like sauce on your BBQ then you will love The Polite Pig, there is a Sauce Bar with 7 different ones, so you’re sure to find something that you like:
Imo Disney happens to need some good BBQ as good options are few and far between, and The Polite Pig looks like it has a chance to be really, really special! Can’t wait to try it out and give you a report!
