With the dedication of its newest theme park land already done, Disney has released 3 Special Edition Pandora The World of Avatar MagicBand 2 models for opening day, and they look awesome! All 3 MagicBands feature unique Avatar designs together with the innovation of the MagicBand 2 technology.
The first is a purple limited-edition graphic band with scenes from Pandora at nighttime. It features the artwork of Dylan Cole, co-production designer for the upcoming “Avatar” motion picture sequels. It costs $32.99 and is limited to only 2000 bands and was supposed to be released May 27th at the official opening of Pandora: The World of Avatar, but you can already get it at the Riverside depot in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park.
The next is another limited edition model, this time numbered to 5000, and available for Annual Passholders. It has a teal graphic and features the phrase: “I traveled to Pandora on May 27, 2017.” Of course this one too is being released on opening day and retails for $32.99 as well.
Lastly is another model that’s a bit cheaper at $22.99, and is colored in a Na’vi blue graphic to make the wearer look and feel like an official Na’vi.
All 3 models will be sold at Windtraders on Pandora: The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
