Disney’s hard-ticket events have become more and more popular over the years and one of the most popular now has new dates. Today Disney announced more ‘Disney After Hours’ dates for the Magic Kingdom Park from December 3, 2018 to March 7, 2019.
‘Disney After Hours’ allows guests to take advantage of practically an empty park and go on as many attractions once the majority of guests have left for the night. More than 25 attractions will be open, plus free ice cream snacks while you’re there. This is a little like the new V.I.Passholder Events, except those are only for annual passholders while the ‘Disney After Hours’ events are open to anyone who wants.
The new dates for ‘Disney After Hours’ are as follows:
- 12/3: 10 p.m. – 1 a.m.
- 12/10: 10 p.m. – 1 a.m.
- 1/7: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 1/17: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 1/24: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 1/28: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 2/7: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 2/28: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 2/14: 9 p.m. – 12 a.m.
- 3/7: 9 p.m. – 12 a.m.
My experience with these events are that it really saves you time because you get to do so many attractions in that 3 hour window it’s insane. Plus it’s great for anyone who likes photography in the Disney parks because you don’t have to wait for the people to pass to get that perfect shot. It is expensive but it’s worth trying out once imo!
Entrance to the Magic Kingdom for ‘Disney After Hours’ guests starts at 7pm, that way you won’t miss any of the fireworks, before going off and exploring the park. The price is $125 plus tax for advanced purchases and $129 plus tax to buy on the day-of. My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
