There are quite a few attractions, dining and shopping missing from Disneyland Park at reopening. Even some big attractions like the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters will not be open right away.
Disney hasn’t given a reason for them not reopening, but this is to be expected considering the parks will have an extreme limited capacity and running all the attractions for so few guests doesn’t make sense economically.
Other rides like the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage make total sense considering the close quarters in the ride’s layout.
The good news is that Disney will be reopening more rides and entertainment as time goes on and capacity limits are increased.

Disney California Adventure doesn’t have too many attractions missing and it looks like most of the big ones will be open. The most popular ride and only E-Ticket on the list is Grizzly River Run. We’re guessing this is because it requires a bigger number of people to be on the raft at once and it’s possible with the strict safety guidelines they aren’t allowed to run it at this time.
Summary
Overall I’d say the 2 parks have a very good lineup of attractions with all the BIG ones reopening in April. Entertainment is obviously light with no fireworks and way fewer shows, but that was to be expected given the circumstances.
Of course, we are sad not to have any of the character meets or parades in the parks at this time, and here’s hoping they make a return sooner rather than later.
Stay tuned for more changes to the Disneyland reopening attractions and entertainment list.

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.

Where on the Disneyland website did you find the information about dining locations? I've searched all over the place and can't find anything. It leads me to this website, but that's just the full list of dining https://disneyland.disney.go.com/dining/disneyland/ and doesn't tell me what's closed/open
