Keeping up with the food in the Disney parks is worse than keeping up with the Jones, there’s always something new! Here are some of the Walt Disney World New Menu Items July 2017.
Animal Kingdom:
Since its opening in May, Pandora: The World of Avatar has been the place to be in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, with lines a lot of the time just to get into the new land. And when you’re hungry in Pandora the place to go is the Satu’li Canteen which serves up various combinations of their unique “Create-Your-Own-Bowl” dishes. Well if you have a hard time deciding between all the various combinations, worry no more as you can now get the The Satu’li Sampler Platter which serves 4 and lets guests sample a bit of every possible combination on the menu!
Platter comes with all four bases (Quinoa & Vegetable Salad, Rice & Grains, Red & Sweet Potato Hash, Kale & Romaine Salad and Crunchy Slaw with Bursting Boba Pearls), four proteins; Wood Fired Chopped Chicken, Spicy Fried Tofu, Sustainable Fish and Sliced Chargrilled Roast Beef, and three sauces (Black Bean, Green Onion Vinaigrette, and Creamy Herb) and fountain drinks.
If you haven’t tried the bowls from Satu’li Canteen then this would be a great opportunity. I was a bit skeptical about them at first, but they are really yummy and it’s a great share with the family!
Also in Disney’sAnimal Kingdom, the Harambe Fruit Market has added a perfect Summer treat to its menu, corn-on-the-cob. The corn is flame-grilled on-site, and of course dipped in butter, and has a curry flavor to it. Bring your floss but don’t miss out on this great new snack!
Hollywood Studios:
If you’ve been reading my blog at all then you know I have a possibly unhealthy obsession with Mac and Cheese, and now over at PizzeRizzo they’ve just added it to the Kid’s Menu! I wonder if they’ll still give it to me if I tell them I have a kid?? 🙂
Epcot:
Lots of people have been raving over the new Frozen Ever After Dessert Party in Epcot, and if you haven’t had a chance to see it then don’t worry, Disney is adding more dates!
Newly added dates are:
- August 7
- August 19
- August 23
- August 26
- September 7
- September 14
- September 20
- October 12
Guests for the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party must show up at 8pm. If you want to make a reservation then you can click here.
Resorts:
Lastly, over at one of my favorite restaurants on property, Artist Point in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, they have a Secret Supper Menu which is now available. What’s on the Secret Supper Menu? I wish I could tell you, but it’s a secret of course…you’ll have to go and find out for yourself! 😉

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
