2 New Dining Locations Coming to Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian

2 New Dining Locations Disneyland Hotel and Grand CalifornianToday Disney released new information and concept art for 2 new dining locations coming to the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, and it’s all happening soon!

The first is called Tangaroa Terrace, Tropical Bar and Grill and is replacing Tangaroa Terrace at the Disneyland Hotel.  Disney hasn’t said when this is closing down expect “soon.”  It will stay closed for a short refurbishment and reopen in early 2019 as Tangaroa Terrace, Tropical Bar and Grill.  It will keep its 50s Tiki-Inspired design, with a more modern vibe and lots of new indoor details with light fixtures made of colorful fishing floats and netting, a tropical mural and bamboo accents.  There is also a new outdoor bar and patio coming where guests can order up tropical cocktails and Asian-inspired food.  Also if you like having your Dole Whip by the pool, there will be a new window to order your food from.

Tangaroa Terrace, Tropical Bar and Grill will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and quick bites available in the open-air marketplace.  While the refurbishment is underway check out Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar, Steakhouse 55 and The Coffee for your dining needs at the Disneyland Hotel.

The second dining location is coming to Disney’s Grand California Hotel and Spa in the form of a poolside bar.  This new pool bar will follow the Grand Californian Hotel’s theming with natural borders and clinker brinks.  This will be a perfect place to lounge out by the pool and enjoy a snack and drink.  A lounge and table seating will also be available.  Expect this new pool bar in Spring 2019.
