In a story of the strange, someone’s wig fell of their head today while riding the Incredicoaster on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure and into a tree. Cast members then had to use a pole to get the wig down from the tree.

While it’s the first time I’ve ever seen a wig fall off someone’s head while riding an attraction, when you actually think about it, I’m surprised this type of thing doesn’t happen more often.
The Incredicoaster is the reimagined California Screamin’ themed all around the Parr family from the Incredibles franchise. It’s the centerpiece attraction to the newly designed Pixar Pier and it just opened up last month.
A wig falling off someone’s head is only one of many strange news stories in recent Disney Parks history. A while back there were people in Disney’s Animal Kingdom trying to climb the Tree of Life; a monorail door in Walt Disney World stayed open while the train was traveling; and guests entering the fountain at the entrance of Epcot. At least this one is a lot safer! ?
Your Thoughts:
I want to know what you think about a wig flying off someone’s head on the Incredicoaster…
- Do you know of something similar happening?
- What’s the craziest Disney parks story you’ve heard in a while?

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
