Reservations and Menu Now Available for Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Get ready to go under the sea at Disney’s newest restaurant, Sebastian’s Bistro located in Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.  It replaces the old Shutters restaurant and promises to be a casual, family-friendly table service restaurant, offering authentic Latin and Caribbean flavors to its dishes.  Reservations are now available for Sebastian’s Bistro and we’re going to take a look at the new menu too!

A look at the concept art shows bright, vibrant colors as well as nautical designs, making for a laid-back, relaxing environment.  Sebastian’s Bistro will be located right on the water so it will have great waterfront views too.

Let’s take a look at some of the menu options:

Seeing as this is the Caribbean, expect lots of tropical island-inspired drinks with your meal.  Sebastian’s has both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks both frozen or on the rocks.  Caribbean rums and domestic craft beers make up some of the selection:

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has been very much a construction site for over a year now, but Sebastian’s Bistro opening is the first step in the resort’s renovation project and guests will finally be able to have a table service restaurant there!

Reservations for Sebastian’s Bistro are now available and the first bookings are available on October 8.  Call (407) WDW-DINE (407 939-3463) or visit the Walt Disney World Website to make your reservations.
