It’s been speculated on for a while now and has now been confirmed that there will be a Pandora The World of Avatar Annual Passholder Preview in April. This means passholders can get a first look at Pandora before anyone else. This means guests will be able to explore the land and most likely ride at least one if not both of the 2 new attractions in Pandora, Flight of Passage and the Na’vi River Journey.
Annual passholders have to sign up online for one of 2 Preview Dates: Saturday, April 8th or Sunday, April 9th. The registration should open shortly. It’s not known if there is a number limit so if you are interested I suggest you sign up as soon as registration opens up.
These types of “Preview Events” are quite normal for Disney as it often will open an attraction or a show ahead of time for a limited number of guests to get a feel for how it is received and get some important feedback from them. Seeing as how this Pandora Preview would be basically 1 1/2 months before the Public Opening Date of May 27th, 2017, it’s also possible that there will be a technology restriction for guests participting in the preview where perhaps not video or photography will be allowed but that is still unconfirmed at this time.
It’s also possible that Disney will open up more preview dates as well before the official opening. I love this opportunity for Annual Passholders to have extra perks like this and am happy Disney is taking notice to treat their guests that spend more time and money in the parks than anyone else. So stay tuned for more information.

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
