Disney’s Coronado Springs Two New Restaurants’ Names Revealed

As you are probably aware, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is in the middle of a major renovation/expansion with the new Gran Destino Tower opening up in July 2019 (they are already taking reservations)  One of the things we’re most excited about of course is the new food that we’ll be able to try when it’s open.  Today Disney has announced the names of the two new restaurants coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and the Gran Destino Tower: “Toledo – Tapas, Steaks & Seafood” and “Three Bridges Bar & Grill.”

Here is the skinny on what we know about both of the new table service restaurants so far:

Toledo – Tapas, Steaks & Seafood:

Toledo will be located at the top of the new 15-story Gran Destino Tower, which you know is going to offer awesome views of both the Epcot and Hollywood Studios fireworks shows.  It seems like they are going for a California Grill style restaurant here as from the concept art it look very fancy, and you have that fireworks viewing opportunity.

The cuisine is Spanish-inspired with options such as tapas, steak and seafood (I don’t know what gave it away….)  There also will be a great selection of Spanish and Californian wines to pair with your meal, so get ready for a really great experience.  I have to say though, they couldn’t think of a better name than just going down the list of the menu and naming food?  ?.   Toledo – Tapas, Steaks & Seafood opens July 9, 2018.

Three Bridges Bar & Grill:

The Three Bridges Bar & Grill name I like a little better, but I could use without the “Bar & Grill” part attached to seemingly almost every new restaurant coming to Walt Disney World recently.  Nonetheless, I think the location is awesome, being right down on the water.  It’s going to have some amazing atmosphere, I can already picture myself eating out on the waterside patio at night!  A bit more casual than Toledo, guests can expect sandwiches, shared plates, salads and more where the atmosphere will be more relaxed.  Opening date is expected to be July 9, 2019.

Besides the names of the restaurants, the food and atmosphere sound amazing, and I think I’ll be spending a good part of the Summer over at the Coronado Springs Resort!
