Last month we told you that the Matterhorn Bobsleds FastPass was coming soon, and yesterday April 26th was the day. The Matterhorn Bobsleds were closed down for a while due to refurbishment, but with it came this much wanted feature. It was one of the last major attractions in Disneyland Resort to not have the FastPass option and it was well overdue.
Because the opening was ahead of schedule, there is a temporary FastPass location setup until the permanent one is completed. This addition comes as part of a new role-out in Disneyland Resort where FastPass was added also to Toy Story Midway Mania. This comes ahead of the bigger addition of a MaxPass service where you can book your FastPass at home from your digital device like you can at WDW.
Also recently Disneyland has been testing WiFi in the parks as part of it’s resort-wide WiFi roll-out which should be fully functional in the very near future.
Your Thoughts:
I want to know what you think about Matterhorn Bobsleds FastPass finally being open. Have you used it yet? What do you think of Disneyland’s MaxPass service? Let us know in the comments section below!

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
