Back in the Spring Disney announced a new Beauty and the Beast-themed bar was replacing Mizner’s Lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Now they’ve released new information about it including menu info and its new name: Enchanted Rose!
This is a total overhaul of the space formerly occupied by Mizner’s lounge which will have have four unique rooms inspired by Belle and the Beast.
Everywhere you look will have charm and elegance, and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported back into Disney’s Beauty and the Beast live-action film (not the animated classic).
One of the rooms will be the bar, which glows from the gold chandelier and is inspired by Belle’s gold ball gown. There is also some inspiration from the Beast’s magical rose there so look close.
The second room will be the formal library with classical baroque designs and French furnishings that Belle helped to choose.
The third room is the garden room which is a whimsical space that drawing its inspiration from the enchanted forest surrounding Beast’s castle.
Lastly there will be an outdoor patio which will remind guests of the Beast’s garden terrace.

Enchanted Rose will feature a delicious menu which is focused on a variety of shareable bites, so think appetizers, not full meals here. Of course there will be plenty of drinks to choose from too, including cocktails, wines, beers and more.
Some of the options include:

There area wide variety of drinks to try, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic including cocktails and martinis as well as spirits, beer, cider and more. The lounge will also be pouring an extensive collection of wine and Champagne by the glass.
Some of the featured cocktails include beverages such as:
The Island Rose with grapefruit and rose vodka, lime, orgeat, pineapple, bitters, and rose water.
The Lavender Fog (dry gin, crème de violette, English breakfast tea, vanilla, and cream) or
The Garden Daisy (tequila, midori, lime, egg white, and cucumber).

Age Restrictions?
Usually in a bar there are restrictions for younger guests, however at Enchanted Rose all guests young and old are allowed. There are plenty of drinks that kids and adults alike will enjoy.
Plus this will be a great place for fans of the Beauty and the Beast films as they can see reimaginations of the scenes from the films.
Opening Date:
Disney has not yet shared the exact opening date for Enchanted Rose, but they have said it will be “Fall 2019.” That’s kind of vague, but looking at the construction progress I wouldn’t expect it earlier than November, though things can change.
We can’t wait for Enchanted Rose to open later this year so stay tuned here at Ziggy Knows Disney for the latest updates on Enchanted Rose and more details when they come out!

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
