Yesterday marked a special occasion where Disney Vacation Club Members, media and explorers from around the globe gathered yesterday to take part in a celebratory opening ceremony for the 14th Disney Vacation Club Resort. The Copper Creek Villas and Cabins Now Open at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is a rustically elegant new retreat, situated just around the river bend from Magic Kingdom Park. It stays true to its theme of a mining and railway town in the Pacific Northwest, and is noted in every room and cabin.
Watch highlights from the grand opening ceremony in this video:
The Copper Creek Villas and Cabins include 184 Vacation Homes including Deluxe Studios, 2 Bedroom Villas and 3 Bedroom Grand Villas, which sleep up to 12. Also look for the new Geyser Point Bar and Grill and also the Boulder Ridge Cove Pool in the DVC section of the Wilderness Lodge.
Again I want to hear from you and know what you think that the Copper Creek Villas and Cabins Now Open. Have you got a chance to see them up close yet? Are you going to book a vacation there in the future? What do you like or dislike about them? Let us know in the comments section below!
