Disney has just announced a brand new experience/area called the Tropical Hideaway coming to Adventureland in Disneyland. It will be in the same location as Aladdin’s Oasis was, located between the Enchanted Tiki Room and the Jungle Cruise. Tropical Hideaway will offer the “sights, sounds and flavors of the tropics.”
This will be a one-of-a-kind experience and become a popular rest stop for guests visiting Adventureland. You’ll be able to rub elbows with your favorite skippers in an exotic traders’ market, featuring all of the sights, sounds and flavors of the tropics. It looks like a gorgeous setup though, open-air and great position right next to the Jungle Cruise. Will love to see the boats passing by!
Disneyland hasn’t given much more info on the Tropical Hideaway besides that, so stay tuned for more!

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
