This Winter there’s a new character dining experience based on Snow White called Storybook Dining coming to Artist Point in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort in Walt Disney World!
Storybook Dining will put guests right in the Enchanted Forest which is inspired by the classic Disney film “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” Not only will you have a delicious meal, but all of your favorite characters from the film including: Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy and even the Evil Queen will be there to meet.
The food comes from the amazing kitchen of Artist Point, which if you’ve ever visited you know is one of the best meals you can find on property in Walt Disney World. It’s not yet known what exactly will be served, but it will be a prix fixe menu, much like the new dinner menu in Be Our Guest. The food will be uniquely themed and sounds like it will also be a 3 course meal with an appetizer, main course and dessert.
On one hand I like to see new and immersive dining experiences come to Walt Disney World, but Artist Point is one of my favorite restaurants on property and I don’t like to see it go. I’m interested to find out what they are doing with some of my favorite menu items from Artist Point like the Smoked Portobello Bisque (best soup on property) and the Seasonal Berry Cobbler! Most likely they will continue to be served at the Territory Lounge next door if they don’t stay on the menu at Storybook Dining. I’ll lose it if I can’t get those anymore!
I’m also not sure how thematically correct it is having Storybook Dining at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge resort, I mean I must have missed the part in Snow White when she took a trip to the Pacific Northwest, but that’s besides the point…
No opening date is known as of yet, just that will be in the Winter. Stay tuned for booking details as Storybook Dining is sure to be one of the most popular dining experiences in Walt Disney World once it opens.

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
