It’s been a big day for Toy Story Land news, with Good Morning America announcing this morning that Toy Story Land will be opening June 30th. As you know, the Toy Story Midway Mania attraction is getting a new attraction queue this Summer and now we’re happy to share with you some new Toy Story Midway Mania Entrance Concept Art.
This new entrance will be located on the opposite side of the building than the current ride queue, right in the middle of Toy Story Land. The above concept art shows what it will be like walking into the line of the new attraction. When guests enter the queue it will be like entering a carnival game box experience. This is remarkably different than the current queue which looks more like just a collection of old toys from generations past. It will be interesting to see what kind of interactive qualities the new queue has once it opens.
Toy Story Mania will be Stand-by only for the months of April and May and no FastPass+ will be available. Toy Story Mania is rotating the closing of the three tracks in order to get the new queue ready, so be prepared for some long waits if you are going in that time period.
Check out how the progress is going in our latest Toy Story Land Construction Update!
See you on June 30th for one Incredible Summer!

My name is Ziggy and I love Disney, everything Disney! I grew up on Disney and it has and continues to be a huge part of my life. I started young when my parents took me to Disney World when I was 18 months old. Little did they know that would be the first of an uncountable number of trips we would take. I have so many amazing memories going to Disney with my family and friends and it has been interwoven into my DNA.
