What can you wear to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge? Disney has just cleared up the bounding rules and dress code for Galaxy's Edge, and has said you what you CAN and CAN’T wear while visiting.

Of course Disney wants guests to have fun and live out their own Star Wars adventures, but at the same time there has to be some restrictions on what type of clothing is allowed and not.

These are examples of what type of clothing attire is permitted in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge:

As you can see from the photos, simple costumes which aren’t bulky and don’t drag on the ground or hide the guest’s face are acceptable.

Here are the types of clothing and bounding that are not allowed in Galaxy’s Edge.

– All robes or military-style attire – Masks, face paint, elaborate headwear, blasters or holsters – Full character suits

For the practical reasons of not getting in other guests’ way and for security reasons, Disney doesn’t want robes, elaborate face paint, masks or body armor inside Galaxy’s Edge.

Again this applies to guests 14 years of age and older. If you are bringing younger kids with you who are under 13, they can dress however they prefer.
